Nanotope Inc., Cell Biologist, Skokie, IL 2008 - 2012
• Established a GLP molecular biology laboratory and cell culture tissue facility for company. Reduced cost of capital equipment purchases through negotiation and vender competition.

• Established in vitro SOP's, quality manual, and scoring methodology to predict in vivo efficacy of bioactive peptide tissue platforms for 2 key projects.

• Developed a novel 3D immunocytochemistry assay that quantitatively measures viability, neuronal migration and neurite outgrowth.

• Conducted on-site advice and product application with orthopedic surgeons for cartilage regeneration and successfully completed studies within proposed time frame.

• Coordinated and managed 3 collaborative projects with external academic and industry Contract Research Organizations (CROs).

• Identified and communicated key study results and issues to the Director of R&D.

• Presented project results at internal and external meetings and submitted written monthly reports on 5 projects.
